What does an Artmatter artist do?

As an artist, your primary responsibility is to create and upload original artwork. We handle printing, production, logistics, and customer support. You focus on creating, and we take care of everything else.

Will my artwork be edited or modified?

We do not alter the creative content of your artwork. We may adjust cropping or minor technical details when necessary to fit print dimensions.

Do I keep the rights to my artwork?

Yes. You retain full ownership of your artwork. By uploading to Artmatter, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to reproduce, print, and sell your work on metal posters through the platform.

Can I remove my artwork at any time?

Absolutely. You can deactivate or delete any artwork directly from your dashboard.
Once removed, we stop offering the artwork for sale and printing as soon as reasonably possible.

Do I need to print or ship anything?

No. Artmatter handles printing, packaging, delivery, and customer support, including questions, damage claims, and refunds related to fulfillment.

How do I earn money?

You receive a commission for every metal poster sold.
Your earnings are updated in near real time on your dashboard.

How are payouts sent?

Payouts are manually requested from your dashboard once your balance reaches the minimum. All payouts are in United States Dollar (USD).

Is there any fee to join or upload artwork?

No. Joining Artmatter is free, with zero upfront or hidden fees.

What type of artwork is allowed?

Original works only. We accept digital illustrations, photography, 3D renders, paintings, mixed media, and more, as long as you own the rights.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

There are no long-term commitments. You may remove your artworks or stop using the platform at any time, subject to outstanding orders or payouts.
